Jason LaRose Biography

Jason LaRose is a retail and e-commerce executive with experience across leading companies in consumer goods. LaRose began his career as an associate principal at McKinsey & Company, focusing on retail and consumer goods. He then held leadership roles in multi-channel retail, including vice president of multi-channel and international business at Sears Holdings Corp and senior vice president of e-commerce at Express, Inc. These positions provided LaRose with a foundation in both digital and physical retail operations.

At Under Armour, LaRose held several senior roles, including senior vice president of global e-commerce, chief revenue officer of digital, and president of North America. He later served as CEO of Equinox Media, where he contributed to the development of the company's technology and content platforms. LaRose also co-founded The Post, a community platform for athletes.

LaRose joined Bombas as president, attracted by the company's focus on product quality and social impact. Bombas, which gained national attention after appearing on "Shark Tank," is known for its direct-to-consumer apparel business and a one-to-one giving model that donates clothing to people experiencing homelessness. After the departure of co-founder David Heath, LaRose became CEO. Under his leadership, Bombas expanded into wholesale partnerships with retailers such as Target, DSW, Nordstrom, and Dick's Sporting Goods, and opened brick-and-mortar stores. He also oversaw the launch of "Bombas Sport," a performance-focused line for athletic consumers in running, hiking, skiing, and studio activities.
