American Voice Actor
John Morris Biography
John Morris is an American voice actor best known for portraying the voice of Andy Davis in the Toy Story film series. He began his voice acting career as a child in 1991 and gained widespread recognition when he was cast as Andy in Toy Story after impressing Pixar during auditions with his imaginative play using action figures.
Morris continued to voice Andy in subsequent Toy Story sequels, returning to the role in Toy Story 2, Toy Story 3, and Toy Story 4. In addition to his work on Toy Story, he provided the voice of Santa Boy in The Nightmare Before Christmas and contributed to the 1997 video game Lego Island as the character Pepper Roni.
Born on October 2, 1984, Morris grew up with a passion for performance that led him to voice acting at a young age. He graduated from San Francisco University High School in 2003 and later earned his degree from the University of California, Los Angeles’ School of Theater, Film & Television in 2007. Morris continues to reside and work in the San Francisco Bay Area, maintaining a connection to the industry that first brought him acclaim as the beloved voice of Andy.
