Prior to the above roles Kimberly S. Reed held the role of Leader, Diversity Recruitment, US Management Consulting Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Kimberly served as the key diversity strategist for the East Business Unit, the largest business unit nationwide. Kimberly was responsible for developing and implementing diversity strategies and cultivating key relationships with national diverse organizations geared toward the recruitment, deployment and retention of diverse employees. Through her efforts, Kimberly led the business unit in increasing minority recruitment by over 30% in the technology industry.

A national speaker and lecturer, Kimberly S. Reed has developed and facilitated high impact seminars/workshops on professional and leadership development, media and presentation training, and public speaking. Kimberly was also selected as an adjunct faculty member for the 2008 Tavis Smiley's National Leadership Institute. She is also an instructor at the Sharon Bible Institute teaching leadership and professional development courses.

Kimberly's most recent accomplishments include; recognized as the 2008 Young Leader Award from the Urban League and the President, Urban League Young Professionals, Philadelphia Chapter, and selected for the inaugural class of the Whitney M. Young, Jr. Center for Urban Leadership - American Express National Urban League Emerging Leaders Program. As a community activist, Kimberly has also held board roles with various professional organizations and currently on the board of directors for the Urban League of Philadelphia, Women's Way, Inc. and We Are Seeds, Inc., an organization that is dedicated to the development and empowerment of young women leaders of tomorrow. Kimberly S. Reed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from Westchester University. Kimberly was also the first and youngest African American to be nominated "HR person of the year award" from The Society of Human Resource Management Philadelphia Chapter. She is a mentor and passionate advocate for the development of young leaders of tomorrow and an advisor to diverse organization's student leaders.
