Good Morning America describes Eco-Challenge as "the race that eats Ironman for breakfast." The race covers a 300 miles course through some of the toughest terrain, in the most remote locations on the planet. Teams of four must race together, non-stop, using only human-power, for 7 to 12 days to finish this expedition race. The messages of courage, perseverance and human spirit are riveting. 1. One Great Day Program™

   To maximize the learning, we use several proven strategies to bring out the best in your people. The first is the "Secret Schedule System", which uses drama, mystery and intrigue to fascinate people about their future. Like life and certainly business the participants never know what is next. It unleashes tremendous creativity and solutions surface. Another strategy is the use of world-class examples of excellence to inspire and motivate your people.     The Total Team Challenge™ The exercise begins by walking the corporate group into a prepared room with a series of grid pattern mazes on the floor. Teams race to find the exact route through the maze as fast as possible. The total evolution of teamwork is dramatically demonstrated in the minutes ahead. People are given limited instructions, which are simply to get from the start to the finish as fast as possible. The only rule is that you cannot talk. A referee on each maze says only stop or go depending on the route selection.

    People try to solve this challenge by themselves and then slowly realize that helping each other is by far the fastest way to succeed. At the end of the challenge we ask them what they learn and how it apply to their world of work. After learning from the first time through the maze the teams do the race again with a different route. This is where the dramatic increase in speed and success occurs. People literally work incredible close together and produce 150% to 300% improvement over their first time. They prove to themselves that they can achieve more and faster together.

    The Race to WIN Passport is a fast and exciting hour that has each participant focus on the six ideas from the keynote speech: 1) Great Goals 2) Vivid Visualization 3) Gather Greatness 4) Encourage Everyone 5) Course Correct 6) Momentum Matters.

    The hour is interactive with each person first writing their top 3 "Great Goals" down and then sharing them with a partner for 30 seconds. Then writing who they should include to help them achieve these goals, which we call Gather Greatness. Then what Course Corrects are needed to achieve these goals. Finally, the action steps which we call Momentum Matters, those actions that will accelerate the progress towards those goals. The hour allows them to look into the future and create the momentum and gather more great people into their lives.

    The Story Challenge is a chance to fully unleash the creativity of your team. We challenge your people to create a 30-second commercial that sells and tells the story of your company. This is an amazing experience that sees them create something from nothing. Our clients love this hour-long process that we now always end our program, whether "One Great Day" or "One Great Conference" by showing their commercials on the large projection screen. They laugh, they learn and they love what they have created. Often our clients have shown them many times, put them on their websites and one company used them in the selling process to show how real, focused and fun their people are. "The Story Challenge" starts with me setting the stage that usually to produce a television commercial you have 6 months and half a million dollars.

    We are challenging them to create, storyboard, produce and deliver a commercial in 30 minutes with no budget and unlimited creativity. The specific commercial is to sell and tell the "Company Story". We say nothing else and watch what they create. Then, when each group is ready we shoot them on broadcast-quality video cameras. They don't know it but we also ask each person to finish the statement; "I'm excited about the company because...". Consistently, they say powerful statements such as, because we have the best company, we have great people, we are the best, we have a huge future. We have found these video testimonials to be truly empowering. In conclusion, whatever they focus on, grows and we help them focus on great futures.

    Next is The Corporate Challenge Adventure Race™. This program is like Eco-Challenge, coed teams of four, competing non-stop to navigate from the start to the finish line. The power of this program is that once they have seen us speak about Eco-Challenge and racing non-stop for nine days through the rainforests and oceans of Borneo, they redefine what is possible in their lives. The rules insure a safe, enjoyable outdoor experience. They are not allowed to run and at all times must play safe. We give them a brief intro into compass navigation and set them off in a mass start. What you know and they don't is that the race lasts less than two hours and is more mental than physical. Detailed instructions and a map with compass are the only way to navigate forward. This is a great experience that reminds them that they will be navigating towards their goals. Concepts such as "Course Correct" and "Momentum Matters" are strongly learned in this challenge.

    The Leadership Challenge is a one-hour learning program that produces 150% to 300% timed performance improvement.
