Champion for High-Performing Women in the Corporate World; Creator of The Articulation Gap; Former Executive Vice President at AIG Private Client Group
Rosie Zilinskas Biography
Rosie Zilinskas is a keynote speaker for high-performing women in the corporate world. She is the creator of The Articulation Gap, a three-pillar method that helps strong performers translate their work into the impact leadership recognizes and rewards. She is also the founder of No Woman Left Behind, the platform and podcast where she equips corporate women with the language to make their contributions visible at the levels where promotion decisions get made.
After a 30-plus-year corporate career that included serving as Executive Vice President at AIG Private Client Group, Zilinskas saw firsthand how often strong performers were overlooked. Not because they lacked results. Because their impact was not clearly articulated in the language leadership uses to make decisions.
Her signature keynote, "You Never Said Anything: Why High Performers Get Passed Over," challenges the outdated belief that career stalls are a confidence issue. They are not. They are an Articulation Gap issue. The Articulation Gap is the distance between the impact a high-performing corporate woman creates and the impact leadership recognizes and rewards.
Zilinskas's method is built on three pillars: Clarity, Composure, and Conviction. Clarity means knowing your impact in specific, leadership-ready language. Composure means delivering that impact under pressure, when it counts most. Conviction means directing your impact message to the right person, at the right moment, in their language.
Audiences leave with three things: the language to name their impact in terms leadership uses, the structure to deliver that impact under pressure, and the conviction to bring it to the rooms where decisions are made.
Zilinskas is a bilingual speaker (English and Spanish), a Certified High Performance Coach, a Certified Kolbe Consultant, and a Certified StoryBrand Guide. She serves as President-Elect of the National Speakers Association Illinois Chapter, effective July 2026, and as Dean of the chapter’s Speaker Academy. Her work has been featured in Life Coach Magazine, and she is ranked on Thinkers360 as a leading voice in leadership and workplace impact.
She has delivered keynotes and presentations for organizations including: Comcast, DoorDash, United States Air Force Academy, Performance Trust, Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance (AFWA), Reference Point Financial, United States Hispanic Leadership Institute (USHLI), Women Road Builders Association, Empire Flooring, University of West Alabama, and Harper College.

You Never Said Anything: Why High Performers Get Passed Over
High performers do not get passed over because they lack talent. They get passed over because of the Articulation Gap: the distance between the impact a high-performing corporate woman creates and the impact leadership recognizes and rewards. In this keynote, Rosie Zilinskas challenges the outdated belief that career advancement is primarily a confidence issue and offers a sharper diagnosis of why strong contributors are overlooked. She introduces the three pillars that close The Articulation Gap: Clarity, the ability to name your impact in leadership-ready language; Composure, the ability to deliver that impact under pressure; and Conviction, the ability to bring that impact to the rooms where decisions are made. Attendees leave with a new lens for communicating their value in the moments that matter most to their careers.
Attendee Results:
- Learn how to translate everyday work into the specific, numbers-driven impact language leadership recognizes and rewards.
- Understand why pressure does not create confusion; it reveals whether thinking is organized enough to be heard.
- Discover the difference between doing excellent work and making excellent work visible at the levels where promotion decisions get made.
- Identify the three pillars that close The Articulation Gap and how to apply each one in real workplace moments.
- Develop the language, structure, and conviction to be recognized for the impact you are already creating.

Unlock The Leader Within: Discover the 3 Ways We Sabotage Career Advancement
Women contribute to their stalled careers without even knowing it. We start from an uneven playing field from day one. Women earn $0.77 cents for every $1.00 earned by men. Companies promote 87 women for every 100 men.
Women unknowingly block advancing their careers by not standing up for themselves, not asking for raises and promotions, and not being confident in their contributions and worth. When women accept unacceptable situations, it has a serious impact on their earning potential, career advancement, leadership opportunities, and overall wellbeing. It doesn't have to be this way.
Rosie has coached hundreds of women to dream big and build the thriving careers they deserve. Rosie educates, motivates, and inspires women to become the leaders they are meant to be. Her goal is to help women break past invisible barriers, accomplish the previously impossible and create exhilarating wild success.
