In a classic tale of making lemonade when life gives you lemons, by turning a hellish experience into an inspirational one for others, Brianna Michelle is on a life mission of bringing awareness to the epidemic of rape and surviving trauma. Instead of taking on the role of a victim, she chose to take a stand as a survivor.

Brianna has often been called an open book. Always willing to share her story of early childhood molestation and a brutal rape and kidnapping while in college. Given lemons that were so life changing, she is inclined to share her story to the world.

Growing up in a single parent household by a strong woman and true support system, Brianna learned early that life can be difficult but one must prevail. Being molested by a family member silenced her; never telling anyone, living with such a secret affected her growing into a young adult; sexual insecurities, isolation, emotional outbursts and lack of trust. To be brutally raped as a young adult by a stranger truly awakened a sleeping giant.

Although fearful, she reported her rape, and testified in trial after DNA evidence found the assailant. To have him found NOT guilty of on all charges of attempted murder, rape, kidnapping, assault and theft by force was heartbreaking and unbelievable. Realizing the justice system is not always fair; she decided to move on with her life and become a voice for men, women and children who are still living in silence.

Even though Brianna had her wings clipped by adversity, she has still been able to thrive and work toward goals; graduating college, studying and living abroad, modeling, and speaking at organizations and schools about her experience and the epidemic she was directly affect by. She is now living in Los Angeles. Being more ambitious than ever making a name for herself in the modeling/acting industry, having had worked for L’Oreal, NARS, Bloomingdales, Essence, Clairol, Nike, various magazines, and commercials she is inspired and wants to also be an inspiration. NOT LIVING AS A VICTIM BUT A VICTORIOUS SURVIVOR!

Speaking to men, women and children has become her passion and a part of her personal therapy. She has the experience of speaking to several organizations, schools and wants nothing more but to continue her movement and speak throughout the world on this epidemic. Her purpose is to bring awareness, address the effects, prevention and exemplify survival and thriving in life.
