Malcolm Jenkins is an entrepreneur, author, executive producer, philanthropist, and racial justice advocate who is widely recognized as one of the NFL’s greatest defensive leaders of all time. Over his notable 13-year NFL career, he won numerous awards and accolades, including Super Bowl titles with the New Orleans Saints and the Philadelphia Eagles, as well as three Pro Bowl selections. In 2025, it was announced that Jenkins would be inducted into the Philadelphia Eagles Hall of Fame.
A true embodiment of the athlete-activist, Jenkins has utilized his platform to advocate for racial justice and equality across the United States. As co-founder of the Players Coalition, an organization dedicated to addressing racial and social inequalities, he supports initiatives focused on criminal justice reform and education. Through the Malcolm Jenkins Foundation, he establishes youth development programs with extensive community support. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jenkins joined CNN as a contributor, offering insights on a range of racial and social issues, marking him as the first active NFL player to undertake such a role. Moreover, his Op-Eds on policing, criminal justice reform, education, and legislation have been featured in prominent publications such as The New York Times and The Washington Post.
Jenkins’ exceptional leadership extends into multimedia and beyond. In 2018, he launched Malcolm Inc, a private investment and management company that spans various sectors including franchising, venture capital, and apparel. His interest in art has grown, particularly in works from artists of the African diaspora. Additionally, he co-founded Listen Up Media, a media production company aimed at amplifying underrepresented voices. Through focusing on diverse narratives and authentic representation, Listen Up Media engages in provoking meaningful conversations and challenging societal norms.
With his multifaceted contributions, Jenkins continues to be a passionate force for positive transformation both on and off the football field. A proud father of two daughters, Jenkins splits his time between Philadelphia and New Orleans.
