Razeea Lemaignen, Health and Wellbeing Consultant at GSK, is the founder of the global Mindfulness Network at GSK and leads weekly mindfulness sessions for employees globally. These sessions form part of GSK’s range of dedicated employee health and wellbeing programs and support services that enable employees to make healthy choices that enable them to live well so they feel healthier, happier and more energized at work and at home.
Having experienced the huge impact of mindfulness in both her personal and professional life, Razeea is determined to bring this to the whole organization. Every week, she practices together with hundreds of employees across the globe.
