Steve Rozenberg

Steve Rozenberg is an international commercial airline pilot, author, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker known for his expertise in business and real estate investing. Rozenberg invested significant time and financial resources to become one of the youngest pilots at a major airline, achieving a lifelong goal before his career was disrupted by unforeseen events. After the events of 9/11, he recognized the instability of his aviation career and shifted his focus to real estate investing, seeking greater control over his financial future and building generational wealth.

Rozenberg founded a property management company in Texas, which grew to manage more than 1,000 properties across three major metropolitan areas. He expanded the business, optimized cash flow, and positioned the company for a profitable exit, ultimately selling it to a venture capital firm. In addition to property management, Rozenberg has been involved in flipping, owning, and wholesaling hundreds of single-family homes and apartment complexes throughout the United States.

His book, "Building an Empire: Failing Our Way to Millions," details his partnership with IT executive Pete Neubig and their journey as entrepreneurs navigating the challenges of real estate. Rozenberg is a contributor to BiggerPockets and other real estate platforms, and he has authored several e-books. He co-hosts radio shows including "Real Estate Wealth Building" and "Wealth Through Real Estate," and has been featured on podcasts such as "Entrepreneur On Fire," "Flip Nerd," and "Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever" with Joe Fairless. Rozenberg has spoken at real estate events in Houston, national conferences like the PNW Real Estate Expo, and international gatherings in Australia.

With more than 20 years of experience as an airline pilot, Rozenberg offers insights on applying airline industry policies and procedures to business operations. As the founder of The Rozenberg Group, an international consulting firm, he assists clients in achieving their business goals and improving operational efficiency. Following the loss of his son Jett, Rozenberg established the Live Like Jett Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships to high school students entering the trades.
