Carolina Giraldo Navarro, known professionally as Karol G, has made a significant impact in the global music industry as a leading reggaeton and urban pop artist. Since her introduction to the music scene, Karol G's influence has been reflected through a series of awards, including a Grammy, six Latin Grammy Awards, and five Billboard Music Awards. She has been recognized as Woman of the Year and with a Rulebreaker Award at Billboard Women in Music, and holds eleven Guinness World Records. Karol G's music has seen great success, with her song "China" surpassing one billion views on YouTube. Her album "Ocean" showcased a stylistic departure, incorporating a more relaxed sound with reggaetón influences, while her song "Tusa" charted internationally and was certified 28× Latin platinum by the RIAA.
