Isa Briones

Isa Briones launched her acting career with a notable performance in the musical "Next to Normal", for which she was awarded the Ovation Award for Featured Actress in 2018. Her talent extended to a national stage as she played both Peggy Schuyler and Maria Reynolds in the first national touring company of the acclaimed musical "Hamilton" from March 2018 to March 2019. In 2020, Briones made her television debut in the CBS All Access series "Star Trek: Picard", portraying multiple characters, including Dahj, Soji, Jana, Sutra, and Kore, until 2022.

In addition to her acting skills, Briones showcased her vocal abilities by performing "Blue Skies" in the "Star Trek: Picard" season one finale, which was released as a single in 2020. Her television career continued to flourish as she played Margot Stokes in the first season of the Disney+/Hulu series "Goosebumps" in 2023. Briones' talent was further recognized as she was cast as Dr. Trinity Santos in the Max medical drama "The Pitt."

Briones' advocacy work for Asian American representation and against hate crimes has contributed to her public persona. She took a stand for her Filipino heritage by advocating for a character's name change in "The Pitt" and delivering a line in Tagalog in the show. In 2024, Briones made her Broadway debut, playing Eurydice in "Hadestown". With a flourishing career on stage and screen, Briones continues to be a dynamic and influential presence in the entertainment industry.
