Eva Vlaardingerbroek

Eva Vlaardingerbroek is a Dutch political commentator, legal philosopher, and activist recognized for her bold conservative perspectives on feminism, immigration, and national sovereignty. Born in Amsterdam in 1996, she grew up in an intellectually and artistically enriched environment—her father is a musicologist and former concert director.

She studied law at Utrecht University and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, and later completed her Master of Laws at Leiden University. Her academic work focused on the intersection of law and cultural issues, including a thesis on the contractualization of sex in the #MeToo era.

Eva began her political involvement with the Forum for Democracy (FvD) party in 2016 and gained visibility as a strong critic of modern feminism and progressive policies. She was briefly a candidate for the Dutch parliament but stepped away from the party in 2020 due to ideological differences.

Since then, she has built an international presence as a media commentator, frequently speaking on topics such as freedom of speech, COVID-19 policy, and rural rights movements, including the Dutch farmers' protests. Her work continues to resonate with audiences across Europe and beyond.

In 2023, she converted to Roman Catholicism. She married Italian lawyer Francesco Gargallo di Castel Lentini in 2024, and they welcomed their first child later that year.
