Charlotte Alter

Charlotte Alter is a journalist and author recognized for her work in American politics, generational change, and social movements. Alter built her career at TIME, where she served as a senior correspondent, covering multiple presidential elections, launching a podcast, and writing numerous cover stories. Her profiles have included political figures such as Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
