Carole Radziwill

Carole Radziwill is a journalist, author, and television personality whose career spans international conflict reporting, network news, and literature. Radziwill began her career at ABC News, working with Peter Jennings as part of the documentary unit Peter Jennings Reporting, covering domestic and international stories in locations such as Haiti, India, and Cambodia. She reported from Afghanistan while embedded with the 101st Airborne Division at the U.S. military base in Kandahar. Radziwill produced stories for magazine shows including "20/20," "Primetime Live," and "Day One," covering topics such as celebrity profiles, cancer research, and the Menendez Brothers murder trial.

Her journalism has been recognized with three Emmy Awards, a Peabody Award, a GLAAD Media Award, and an RFK Humanitarian Award. Radziwill also received a GLAAD Award for her profile on Billy Bean, the first openly gay baseball player. Beyond broadcast journalism, she contributed a monthly column, "Lunch Date," to Glamour, featuring interviews with figures such as Rudy Giuliani, Antonio Banderas, Rachel Weisz, and Alec Baldwin. Radziwill holds a BA in English literature from CUNY Hunter College and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Radziwill is the author of the memoir "What Remains: A Memoir of Fate, Friendship and Love," which became a New York Times Best Seller and spent twenty weeks on the list. The memoir recounts her journalism career and her husband's illness and death. She also wrote the novel "The Widow's Guide to Sex & Dating," a dark comedy about a young widow navigating life after loss.

Radziwill is known for her role on Bravo's "Real Housewives of New York City," where she appeared for six seasons. She has contributed articles to Cosmopolitan, Departures, and Porter, profiling personalities such as Olivia Wilde, Mariah Carey, and Kim Kardashian. Radziwill launched the newsletter "The Voice of Reason with Carole Radziwill" on Substack. Her work in journalism, literature, and reality television reflects a blend of reporting, storytelling, and media expertise.
