Adrian Parker

For more than two decades, Adrian Parker has been helping teams transform business problems into people solutions. In 2020, he was inducted into the American Advertising Hall of Achievement for his pioneering strategies on products like Patrón Tequila, Grey Goose Vodka, Nike footwear and Apple iPhones.

Parker is currently President of the Cognac portfolio at Uncle Nearest, Inc., the fastest-growing American whiskey and Bourbon brand in U.S. history. As the company expands, this newly launched division is introducing the best of French spirits to the modern American consumer.

Previously, Parker served as the Global Vice President of Marketing at Bacardi Limited, overseeing integration of more than 2,000 employees across 120 countries to deliver a $1.2B P&L. During his 8 years as an executive leader, the tequila portfolio grew to more than three million cases and it became the most talked about spirit brand in the world.

Prior to spirits, Parker was the Head of Social and Mobile Technology at software maker Intuit, helping a global team navigate the industry shift to cloud-based products and software-as-a-service (SaaS). Earlier in his career, he was the Director of Retail Marketing at fashion brand Kate Spade and led brand advertising at Foot Locker.

As a board advisor, keynote speaker and executive coach, Parker provides actionable insights to global corporations like Michelin Tires, Amazon, Palo Alto Networks and IPG Media. His entrepreneurial approach to driving innovation has been recognized in numerous articles, leadership books and awards, including Top Digital Marketers of the Year by Crain's Magazine, Top Social Media Campaign by Forrester Research and 2 CMO Club awards for Storytelling & Growth.

Parker is a graduate of Florida A&M University journalism school and holds certifications in Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University and Executive Management from Harvard Business School.
