| Roger Maltbie is a big San Francisco 49ers fan and owns several Super Bowl rings given to him by former owner Ed DeBartolo, Jr...Has undergone two shoulder surgeries during his playing career...At one time in his career was a member of the PGA Tour's Policy Board...Grew up in San Jose and attended James Lick High School where he was a teammate of former PGA TOUR player Forest Fezler...Favorite all-time movie is Air Force One and favorite TV show is Frasier...Lists Pebble Beach as his favorite golf course in the U.S. and St. Andrews outside the U.S...Favorite athletes are Muhammad Ali and Arnold Palmer...Lists the 15th hole at Cypress Point as his favorite hole among U.S. courses and the 17th hole at St. Andrews as his top non-U.S. hole...Calls his 7-iron at the 1986 Greater Hartford Open the best shot of his career.
