Charles Kelley is a senior architect in the Portland office of ZGF Architects with more than 32 years of experience. Kelley has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Washington, Seattle, and a Master of Architecture with a Certificate in Urban Design from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
