Thor Muller credits any success he's had as a five-time serial entrepreneur to obsessive curiosity, chance occurrences, and a dangerous willingness to break things. He is the co-founder and former chief technology officer of Get Satisfaction, a groundbreaking online customer community platform used by over 65,000 companies. Muller started one of the world’s first Web design agencies in 1995, acquired by Frog Design to form its renowned global Internet practice. Since then he has been involved as a founder or advisor in several industries in the midst of extreme change, including health care, education and media (publishing/music). Today he is an invited speaker at organizations, conferences and universities, and occasional host of his own sing-along piano bar.
