Todd Inman

Todd Inman is a high-powered and effective speaker on topics like hardship recovery, mental health, character development, social impact, and student retention and salesperson retention.

Inman has been the keynote speaker for The Urban League, YMCA, NAMI, African American Behavioral Health Center of Excellence, COMPTO, Philadelphia School District, and Weber Gallagher. Todd has also been the keynote speaker to open up one of Liberia, Africa’s first mental health facilities. He is also a monthly contributor to the #1 Midday Show in Philadelphia on WDAS-FM.

Inman has been described as a man that “does ‘good’ in the world well.” Since high school, his leadership has changed lives for the better. As the first two-term president of the African-American Student Union, Inman’s initiatives inspired fellow students who did not have a family history of higher education, to go on to college, which changed their family’s generational wealth forever.

Today, Inman is still a difference maker in other people’s lives. As the founder of a multimedia company, Tinman Creative Productions, he oversees film, television, books, live speechmaking, and creative agency work.

Inman has authored workbooks on character development for men seeking a second chance and for teenagers needing foundational principles to live by. He holds workshops that teach the principles from the workbooks.

He speaks on mental health to universities and community organizations. He gives his own mental health testimony that encourages sufferers and their families.

Inman impacts diverse groups by telling his story of being the first Black person to integrate his elementary school. His presentation, called “Invited to the Cookout”, is informative, entertaining, and fun. People walk away with a greater hope for race relations.

Inman has produced films and television projects that have won social impact and women’s content awards. His projects are carried on national and international streaming networks. He has won community service awards for his dedication to underserved communities.

Inman is a visionary. The initiatives he develops are original, and they are continued and copied for years to come. If Inman gets involved with something, he improves it and adds an element that was not there before he started. His contribution adds significant value.

Inman has won innovator awards at Johnson and Johnson, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Telly Awards, and Essence Fest. He has an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA.
