Mills Rodgers

Mills Rodgers, known professionally as Mr. Rodge, is a nationally recognized author, keynote speaker, and educator whose work focuses on educational equity, personal development, and leadership. Rodgers has served as an Army veteran and public school educator, working as a mental health specialist in the Army and spending 15 years in public schools as a general education and special education teacher, instructional specialist, and case manager. He also holds certification as an administrator. These experiences across military service and classroom education provide Rodgers with a multidimensional perspective relevant to diverse audiences in education and leadership.

Rodgers is the author of the book series, "Success Is a Process, Not an Event," which explores growth mindset, leadership, and resilience to support teachers, leaders, and students in achieving their potential. The series includes editions for both students and educators. Another book, "You Can Win Being You!" reflects his philosophy that individuals can succeed on their own terms.
