Lizzie Velasquez

Lizzie Velasquez, an American motivational speaker, activist, and writer, is also known for her YouTube channel which has amassed over 54 million views. Notable for her TEDxAustinWomen Talk titled "How Do YOU Define Yourself" in January 2014, Velasquez's influence on digital platforms is significant. Further, she has been involved in anti-bullying activism, using her personal experiences to inspire her audience, as well as featuring in various media outlets such as BBC News.

Velasquez is also a published author, with multiple works to her name. Her autobiography "Lizzie Beautiful: The Lizzie Velásquez Story" was published in 2010, followed by the self-help book "Be Beautiful, Be You" in 2012 and its Spanish version "Sé bella, sé tú misma" in 2013.
