Dustin Grice is the founder and CEO of Mega Jump Motivational Experience, a lifelong entrepreneur, college instructor and motivational speaker from Minneapolis, Minnesota, whose passion for community and youth engagement has inspired audiences worldwide. As a 20-year professional BMX athlete, Grice has used action sports to connect with students and families through powerful messages about kindness, mental health and making positive choices.
Grice's impact extends deep into his community — his Mega Jump team has helped raise over $60,000 for Special Olympics through annual Polar Plunge performances; donated more than 100 new bikes to kids; and partnered with organizations like Fairview Health Services to promote youth mental health awareness.
Grice's career highlights include hosting "Monday Night Football's" halftime show for the Minnesota Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium, performing with Travis Pastrana's Nitro Circus, and appearing in Explore Minnesota's Super Bowl halftime commercial.
