Daniel R. Tomal, Ph.D.

Daniel R. Tomal, Ph.D., is an American author, speaker, researcher, and consultant specializing in corporate business and education. Tomal is recognized for delivering keynotes and workshops on leadership, motivation, negotiations, managing multiple priorities, work-life balance, organizational improvement, and professional development.

Tomal serves as Distinguished Professor of Leadership at Concordia University Chicago. He has appeared as a guest on radio and television programs including CBS This Morning, NBC Cover to Cover, Les Brown, Tom Snyder, Chicago Talks, 700 Club, and The Joan Rivers Show. Tomal has published more than 20 books, consulted for over 200 companies, and contributed numerous articles. His work has been cited in Wall Street Journal and The Journal.

Among Tomal's published works is the book "Every Parent’s Nightmare," which includes a foreword by Ben Carson. The book details the experience of navigating a child's critical brain tumor diagnosis and offers guidance on securing quality medical care.
