Daniel Nadler

Daniel Nadler, a prominent figure in both the technology and literary world, has a diverse portfolio of achievements. Nadler initiated his technology journey as the founder and CEO of Kensho, an enterprise that applies machine learning to large financial data sets. The company earned recognition at the 2017 World Economic Forum as "one of the most innovative and impactful technology companies in the world." Kensho was later sold to S&P Global for $550 million in 2018. Nadler continued his venture in the tech industry by founding OpenEvidence, a medical AI company that assists over a quarter of doctors in the United States. The company reached a valuation of $1 billion with Sequoia Capital in 2025. That same year, he was featured on the TIME100 list of the 100 Most Influential People in global health.

Aside from his technological accomplishments, Nadler's contributions to the literary world are noteworthy. His debut collection of poetry, "Lacunae: 100 Imagined Ancient Love Poems," was published in 2016 and was named a Best Book of the Year by NPR. In 2018, Nadler was elected to the board of directors of the Academy of American Poets, becoming the youngest person ever to be elected to the Academy's Board.

Nadler's influence extends to the film industry as well. He co-financed and served as executive producer on the film "Motherless Brooklyn," which premiered at the 2019 Telluride Film Festival and was the closing film of the 2019 New York Film Festival. Additionally, he co-financed and produced the drama "Palmer," starring Justin Timberlake, which became the "Most-Watched Weekend Ever" on AppleTV+ in 2021.
