Brandon W. Johnson

Brandon W. Johnson is a nationally recognized speaker, trainer, and award-winning author specializing in workplace culture, leadership development, and hospitality management. Johnson holds a bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management and a master's in management technology with a focus on organizational development from University of Wisconsin–Stout. He began his career in the hospitality industry, advancing from training restaurant general manager to director of management training and recruitment for Famous Dave's BBQ Restaurants. Johnson has also served as a nonprofit executive director, CEO, and university instructor, gaining experience in leadership and organizational dynamics.

Johnson founded Brandon W. Johnson, LLC, also known as Positive Energy Guy, to partner with businesses, educational institutions, and nonprofits to enhance service and profitability through people-centric strategies.
