Ana de la Reguera Biography
Ana de la Reguera has been in the limelight for her performances in a diverse range of telenovelas, films, and television series. She has starred in prominent HBO series such as "Eastbound & Down" and "Capadocia," as well as the Amazon series "Goliath." Her talent has been recognized by several prestigious award bodies. For instance, she received the Heraldo award for best female acting for her role in the telenovela "Pueblo chico, infierno grande," and won an MTV Movie Award for Favorite Actress for her role in "Ladies Night." In addition, Reguera received the Dolores del Rio award at the 40th Diosas de Plata Awards of Mexican Cinema.
Reguera's accomplishments extend beyond acting. She has been the face of CoverGirl as one of the company's official faces and has shown her skills as a host in the MTV Video Music Awards Latin America in 2006 and the 2018 Latin Grammy Awards alongside Carlos Rivera. Her philanthropic endeavors include founding VeraCruzANA, a civil association that supports the underprivileged community in Veracruz, Mexico. In 2017, she served as chair of the ONE Children's Foundation and co-created Los Angeles en Mexico after the Puebla earthquake.
Reguera appeared in "Ojitos de Huevo" as Bea Arjona in 2024 and was featured in the series "Mo" as Ambassador's wife and "Elio" in 2025.
