Vinod Nair specializes in Training and Management. He is an author, business entrepreneur and keynote speaker who is a coach and consultant to some of the most reputed companies in the world. With almost 20 years of successful leadership experience, he is a powerhouse of wisdom and wit. At the start of his career, he served the Indian Army as a commissioned officer for six eventful years in the 19th Battalion of the PUNJAB Regiment. During his tenure, he participated actively in live operations and High Risk Missions along the line of control in Jammu & Kashmir. He trained the Border Wing Home Guards in Rajasthan and received the Sainya Seva medal for meritorious Service in Jammu & Kashmir. A fitness enthusiast, Vinod has excelled at various levels in Athletics and Boxing. He has undergone commando training, is trained in weapons, explosives and unarmed combat. He is also a qualified instructor, trained to train the trainer. In an IQ test conducted by Josh Reynolds, President of the Brain Tainment Centre (USA), Vinod scored an incredible 163 points, that is, a score achieved by only 00.03% of the One Million people who took the test. A well known socialite running several successful businesses while constantly being in the media lime light, it is hard to believe that Vinod started his sparkling business enterprise with less than US $ 10.00 in 1995. A purely global citizen, he is highly sought after as a speaker because of his ability to mesmerize his audiences. His sessions are incredibly interactive, conducted with simplicity and laced with healthy humor. His ability to hit the nail on the head and motivate his participants regardless of their background makes him an endearing individual who is considered as one of the finest orators of our time. An acknowledged wizard at personality transformation, Vinod has worked with over two hundred thousand individuals as a trainer / coach, Vinod Nair is personally involved in the selection, training and certification of every one of Kimmaya trainers Special Notes: 1. The 20 finalists for the Miss India World Wide Pageant (year 2008) were trained personally by Capt. Vinod Nair. The winner, Ms. Shagun Sarabai went on to win the world title for the 2008. 2.
