Winston Clements is a speaker, accessibility consultant and former software engineer who has inspired audiences around the world with his story of resilience. Born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a condition that makes bones extremely fragile, Clements has experienced more than 200 fractures and is a full-time wheelchair user. He has defied expectations throughout his life, not only surviving to adulthood, but thriving, and using his experiences to drive meaningful change in business and society.
