Valerie Cade, MA, CSP, is recognized as a leading authority on workplace bullying and the development of respectful, productive work environments in North America. Cade is the founder of Bully Free at Work, an organization dedicated to helping individuals address and prevent workplace bullying. With a background in organizational development, Cade provides practical, non-traditional tools for organizations and individuals, emphasizing that traditional conflict resolution strategies are often insufficient for addressing workplace bullying.

Cade is the author of the best-selling book "Bully Free at Work: What You Can Do To Stop Workplace Bullying Now," which is distributed in more than 100 countries. She has led hundreds of sessions across North America, Europe, China, and Russia, focusing on workplace culture, employee engagement, and leadership development. Her presentation ratings consistently average 4.9 out of 5.0 across diverse audiences, reflecting her ability to connect with groups in healthcare, government, corporate, education, and not-for-profit sectors.

As CEO of one of Canada's largest training companies for a decade, Cade played a key role in transforming a struggling business into a profitable enterprise and contributed to raising employee satisfaction levels in organizations to more than 80 to 90 percent.
