Novak is the founder and CEO of The Novak Group, a company dedicated to improving sales results for organizations by transforming sales processes and implementing proven sales techniques. The Novak Group serves clients across industries, including major companies such as Microsoft, Comcast, Ford, Liberty Mutual, and USA Today. One of the firm's notable achievements includes increasing a client's profits by $400 million. Novak has delivered over 12,000 coaching sessions, providing sales training and communication strategies to sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, law, and entertainment.
