Tiana Allen

Tiana Allen is a journalist, licensed health practitioner, and entrepreneur whose work focuses on the intersection of media, wellness, and social advocacy. Allen is the founder of The Wellness Sanctuary, a Center for Natural Restorative Therapies based in Atlanta, Georgia, where she integrates alternative healthcare with behavioral counseling to support clients navigating surgery recovery, chronic illness, grief, anxiety, and trauma. She holds two undergraduate degrees in alternative health and behavioral science, as well as three master's degrees in adult education and organizational development, clinical behavior analysis and acceptance and commitment therapy, and American law and legal studies.

With more than 14 years of experience in journalism, Allen has worked in on-camera news reporting, print journalism, editing, and content production. She previously co-owned "Today's Spotlight," a TV media platform covering entertainment, red carpet events, politics, and sports. Her bylines have appeared in The Atlanta Voice, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Business Insider, Nonprofit Quarterly, and Chicago News Weekly, with reporting focused on crime and justice, health, education, and policy. Allen has also contributed to HOPE Global Forums, highlighting international economic and social issues.

In addition to her journalism career, Allen is the founder of The Journey Institute of Wellness, a nonprofit organization that produces community events addressing health disparities, human rights, and issues affecting women and people of color. She launched the "Hey Lovely" initiative, a self-love conference and national mentoring program for youth and young adults, inspired by her work with survivors of domestic violence. Through her consulting firm, Creatively Successful, Allen provides practical strategies for sustainable business growth to both startup and experienced entrepreneurs.

Allen is a published author, with works including a guide on "11 Steps to Authentic Success," "Self-Love: RX," and a line of "Focus Plan Journal Planners" for time management. As a certified lymphedema therapist, advanced addictions counselor, anxiety specialist, grief and loss educator, and crisis counselor, Allen brings clinical expertise to her public speaking and advocacy. Her multidisciplinary background in media, law, behavioral health, and natural therapies positions her as a knowledgeable voice on wellness, resilience, entrepreneurship, and women's empowerment.
