Sunny Grosso

Sunny Grosso is a workplace culture expert, keynote speaker, and one of the first happiness consultants. Grosso’s career includes roles as a wellness researcher, saké trainer, ultra-runner, and happiness coach. She held key developmental positions in several business start-ups before becoming a founding member of the Delivering Happiness consulting team, co-founded by Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos.com. As Culture Chief at Delivering Happiness, Grosso co-built the consulting model, developed the approach, and led the services team. She is one of the few core coaches responsible for improving workplace culture at organizations worldwide.

Grosso is an Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming trained coach with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. Her experience spans more than 20 countries and over 300 organizations, including Google and The Gates Foundation. She has studied the science of happiness, wellbeing, business, and spiritual approaches to enhance both personal and organizational outcomes, contributing to Delivering Happiness’ growth into an Inc. 5000 company and global boutique brand. Grosso has been featured in books such as "The Decoded Company" and publications like Fast Company.

Grosso is the founder of SunYoga and is recognized for her work in workplace transformation, positive psychology, mindfulness, and purposeful leadership. Her signature keynotes, including "Thriving Through Change: Envision and Own a Culture of Wellbeing" and "The Yoga of Work: Ancient Revelations Meet Modern Science to Thrive," draw on field research and real-world storytelling to provide actionable tools for audiences.
