Sherene McHenry, Ph.D., LPC

Dr. Sherene McHenry, known as The People IQ Expert, is a leadership, burnout, and mental health speaker whose work has impacted organizations across three continents. McHenry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wingate University, a Master of Education from the University of South Carolina, and a doctorate in counselor education from the University of Wyoming. Her personal mental health journey led her to pursue advanced studies in counseling, spend nearly two decades as a graduate professor, and transition to a full-time speaking career with more than 30 years of stage experience.

A Certified Speaking Professional and Licensed Professional Counselor, McHenry has delivered presentations on leadership development, employee engagement, and workplace mental health to audiences worldwide. Drawing on her academic background and practical experience as a former graduate professor, she provides organizations with strategies to enhance leadership effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and increase profitability.
