Seth Weissman

Seth G. Weissman is a real estate attorney in the United States with a focus on real estate law, land use, and negotiation strategy. Weissman serves as senior partner at Weissman PC, providing legal counsel to developers, builders, real estate brokerage firms, and corporate property owners. His practice covers mixed-use developments, condominiums, master condominiums, real estate brokerage, and home building. In addition to a law degree, Weissman holds a master's degree in city and regional planning, offering a multidisciplinary perspective on the built environment.

Weissman's work in Georgia real estate law includes roles as a former Professor of the Practice of City Planning in the College of Architecture at Georgia Tech, former Chair of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. He has served as general counsel to Georgia REALTORS, assisting in drafting residential and commercial real estate contracts. Weissman also contributed to revisions of the Georgia Condominium Act and portions of the Georgia Property Owners' Association Act, shaping the legal framework for real estate in Georgia.

Weissman is also an educator and public speaker, creating and presenting "Safe Real Estate," a YouTube video series for agents and brokers on real estate law. He regularly teaches continuing education classes to agents and has taught more than 1,000 classes to REALTORS. Weissman has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer throughout the existence of the program.
