Scott Greenberg

Scott Greenberg is a keynote speaker, author, and franchise business consultant with a background in entrepreneurial leadership, team dynamics, and operational performance. As a multi-unit franchise owner of Edible Arrangements, Greenberg's operations received awards for "Best Customer Service" and "Manager of the Year" among more than 1,000 locations worldwide.

Greenberg is the author of "The Wealthy Franchisee," which draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, brain science, interviews, and his own experience as a franchisee to provide strategies for achieving high performance in the franchise industry. His follow-up book, "Stop the Shift Show: Turn Your Hourly Workers into a Top Performing Team," offers practical guidance for building effective teams in franchise and business environments.

Greenberg's career in business performance is influenced by personal resilience. While a graduate film student at NYU, he was diagnosed with cancer. Inspired by his grandmother, a Schindler's List Holocaust survivor, Greenberg overcame the disease and completed the Los Angeles Marathon. He has discussed his experience with cancer in a TEDx talk, and these experiences inform his approach to leadership and motivation. Greenberg is also a contributing author to "Chicken Soup for the College Soul."
