Al Madani began her entrepreneurial career at age 15 by launching her own fashion house, where she contributed to redefining traditional abaya design and introduced innovative approaches to business in the United Arab Emirates. Her portfolio includes creative consultancies such as Social Fish, technology partnerships, and ventures in hospitality, each characterized by a focus on creativity and strategic development.

Al Madani has served as the youngest board member of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and contributed to the UAE Ministry of Economy SME Council, reflecting her involvement in economic development and women's empowerment.
