Rhonda Scharf

Rhonda Scharf is a speaker, author, consultant, and trainer recognized for her expertise in professional development for administrative professionals and executive assistants. Scharf began her career as a receptionist, advancing to executive assistant to a senior vice president before founding her training and consulting company, On the Right Track. She has trained more than 250,000 professionals worldwide, delivering presentations in numerous countries and specializing in administration, workplace efficiency, and communication.

Scharf is trusted by organizations such as Chevron, General Mills, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Hallmark, Interpol, Prudential, Quicken Loans, and Canada Post. She holds the Certified Speaking Professional designation, is a member of the Speaking Hall of Fame, and has earned the Global Speaking Fellow designation. Combined with her peer-awarded Spirit of CAPS Award, Scharf is the only individual to hold all four honors.
