Patrick Fitzgibbons

Patrick Fitzgibbons is a retired Police Professional with over two decades of experience in various capacities. His is also an author, coach, speaker, and educator. After a successful law enforcement career, Fitzgibbons went through his own challenges and sought treatment at FHE Health and The Shatterproof Program for First Responders. He is program lead at FHE Health, a treatment program that specializes in helping first responders recover from substance abuse.

Fitzgibbons created a top-ranked podcast entitled "The Criminal Justice Evolution Podcast" with the goal of providing criminal justice professionals with the knowledge, advice, and tools to grow better personally and professionally. The podcast episodes revolve around criminal justice topics and issues that range from police and criminal justice reform, leadership, and use of force. Fitzgibbons and his guests also talk about the importance of self care which includes the practice of gratitude, meditation, physical fitness, and the like.

Fitzgibbons’ guests range from New York Times best-selling authors, entrepreneurs, military and law enforcement leaders, influencers, actors, and private sector professionals—with more than 700 episodes and counting.

In 2019, Fitzgibbons wrote and published, "E.V.O.L.V.E - A Collection of Routines, Habits, and Advice to Take Charge of Your Life and Be Your Best Self."
