Netta Jenkins

Netta Jenkins is a doctoral student focused on quality systems and management. She is a leading voice in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, Anti-Racism field, whose soaring 250k+ LinkedIn audience engagement played a key factor in Forbes naming her as one of the top 7 Anti-Racism consultants in the world. She has also given a ground-breaking TEDx talk "Reimagining the Workplace".

Jenkins has been advising corporations and audiences of all kinds for over 15 years on the most effective strategies to address inequitable gaps in the workplace through her company, Holistic Inclusion Consulting. She co-founded Dipper, a review and ratings platform for professionals of color, and as a result was listed as one of Linkedin’s Top Voices for Equity in the Workplace in 2020. Jenkins has been featured in Black Enterprise, Forbes, Business Insider, CNN for her work and has won multiple awards for her impact in corporate and startup diversity. She was also included in CIO Views publication as “The Top 10 Most Influential Black Women in Business to Follow in 2021”.

Currently, Jenkins serves as Vice President of Global Inclusion for Unqork, a technology organization, and is an advisory board member for Betterment, an online investment company. Prior to joining Unqork, Jenkins created and executed strategy for five years as Vice President, Global Inclusion for IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IAC). Jenkins is also working with Marc Lore, former CEO of Walmart to build the most inclusive city in America, Telosa - the first new city to be built in the United states in over a century.

Jenkins is an acclaimed author with a transformational best selling book, The Inclusive Organization, that is available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. The Inclusive Organization draws upon Jenkins’ background in communications, leadership, and behavioral psychology to create tailored DEI roadmaps for organizations to create more equitable workplaces.
