Michael Arceneaux is the New York Times bestselling author of "I Can’t Date Jesus: Love, Sex, Family, Race, and Other Reasons I’ve Put My Faith in Beyoncé" and "I Don’t Want To Die Poor," which was named one of TIME’s 100 Must Read Books of 2020 and NPR’s best books of the year. His latest collection of essays, "I Finally Bought Some Jordans," was published in 2024.
