Marcia Reynolds

Dr. Marcia Reynolds, Master Certified Coach, is a behavioral scientist who has spent 40 years researching how conversations can deepen connections that both unify us and open our minds to learning. She has delivered programs in 47 countries, teaches coaching schools in the US, Asia, and the Middle East, and teaches leaders to use coaching skills in organizations and government agencies.

As a pioneer in coaching, she was the fifth global president of the International Coaching Federation, is recognized in the ICF Circle of Distinction and recently was awarded an ICF Impact Award for her work in creating a successful coaching culture with AEON Vietnam. Global Gurus places her in the top five coaches in the world.

Before launching her own business, Dr. Reynolds ran training departments for healthcare and technology corporations. her greatest success came from designing the culture change program for a global technology company facing bankruptcy. Within three years, the company turned around and became the #1 revenue producing US IPO in 1993. She led training organizations for three corporations for 16 years before starting her own coaching business.

Her education includes a doctorate in Organizational Psychology and two master’s degrees in Communication and Adult Learning/ Instructional Design.
