Kevin Guest

Kevin Guest is the chief executive officer and chairman of the board of USANA Health Sciences, a New York Stock Exchange-listed global health and nutritional supplements company operating in 25 countries. Before joining USANA, Guest served as a managing partner at FMG, a video and events production company in Salt Lake City. He joined USANA on a part-time basis as executive director of media and events, and following the company's acquisition of FMG Productions, became a full-time employee and was promoted to vice president of media and events. Guest subsequently served as executive vice president of marketing, chief marketing officer, president of North America, and president of the Americas, Europe and South Pacific. Over more than three decades at the company, including terms as CEO and executive chairman, Guest has returned to serve as USANA's CEO while continuing as chairman.

During his tenure as CEO, Guest guided USANA through global expansion, strengthened operational performance, and elevated the company's position in the health and wellness industry. Under his leadership, USANA achieved record results and expanded its presence across key international markets. Guest is recognized within the global direct selling and wellness industries for his ability to build high-performing teams, navigate complex industry dynamics, and maintain a clear strategic vision. He has been named Best CEO in Utah.

Guest is also an author and thought leader. His book, "All the Right Reasons: 12 Timeless Principles for Living a Life in Harmony," outlines foundational principles for personal and professional success. Proceeds from the book benefit the USANA Foundation, supporting efforts to feed children worldwide. Guest has appeared in media outlets such as CEO Magazine and is a regular contributor to CEOWORLD magazine, sharing insights on leadership, entrepreneurship, and emotional intelligence.

Guest has served as chairman of the board of the Direct Selling Association and as chairman of the Direct Selling Education Foundation. He is a member of the Chief Executive Officer Council for the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations. His industry leadership includes advocacy on Capitol Hill and engagement with regulatory bodies globally. As a keynote speaker, Guest addresses topics such as leadership, emotional intelligence, and entrepreneurship.

In addition to his business career, Guest is a lifelong musician. He has shared the stage with artists including Kenny Loggins, Tommy Shaw, Eddie Money, and Belinda Carlisle, and has performed at the Grand Ole Opry. He continues to perform part-time with country music artist Collin Raye.
