Ken Keis

Dr. Ken Keis, Ph.D., is an authority on leadership development, behavioral assessment, and purpose-driven living. With more than 35 years at the helm of Consulting Resource Group International, Inc. (CRG), Keis has guided companies, associations, and leaders across 30 countries in advancing organizational effectiveness and personal growth.

Holding a Ph.D. in Leadership, an MBA in International Business, and a diploma in nutrition and genetics, Keis is a certified coach and consultant. He serves as the master certification trainer for CRG's 14 assessments. As president and CEO of CRG, Keis has led the company to global recognition, including being named among the top three leadership development firms and hosting one of the Top Ten Coaching Processes globally by HR.com Lead 500 Awards.

After leaving a family farming legacy, Keis pursued a career in speaking and sales, focusing on leadership and personal development. Within a decade, he was traveling internationally as a speaker, trainer, and consultant, delivering more than 200 presentations annually. Overcoming personal challenges such as dyslexia, Keis has become known for his work in professional development and human resources.
