Julie Kratz

Julie Kratz is a TEDx speaker, executive coach, and inclusive leadership trainer focused on supporting organizations and leaders in developing effective allyship. After 12 years in corporate roles marked by challenges related to belonging, Kratz founded Next Pivot Point, a speaking and consulting business dedicated to advancing inclusive leadership practices. Her professional journey navigating exclusion in the workplace informs her work, which reaches audiences across various industries.

Kratz serves as a professor at Indiana University Kelley School of Business, contributes a weekly Forbes column on workplace culture, and is the founder of the annual International Allyship Day program in New York City. She also created the "Lead Like an Ally" training program. Her TEDx talk, "What If Through Claiming Our True Gender, We Claim Our True Strength," has been viewed by audiences worldwide. Kratz's writing has been published in Entrepreneur, CNBC, The Good Men Project, The Forum on Workplace Inclusion, and other outlets.

Kratz holds an MBA, is a Certified Master Coach, and is a certified unconscious bias and psychological safety trainer. She is also certified in social emotional learning.
