John Boccuzzi Jr.

John Boccuzzi Jr. is an executive, author, and thought leader with more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer experience. As president of ISG Research, Boccuzzi leads a global research organization of more than 200 professionals, focusing on technology, business, and artificial intelligence. He is also a partner at ISG and serves on the ISG Executive Board. Boccuzzi collaborates with CXO leaders across major service and software providers to address evolving market needs and co-create data-driven, AI-enabled research and solutions. His work supports technology services, digital transformation, and AI adoption strategies for providers, ISG advisors, and enterprise clients.

Prior to his current role, Boccuzzi held leadership positions in both entrepreneurial ventures and large enterprises. He served as vice president of sales and Edible for Business at Edible Arrangements, where he led a team of senior directors and more than 100 personnel across several departments, supporting 1,217 franchised locations and millions of customers in North America. His previous roles include co-founder of Rewardable, a crowdsourcing app; co-founder and investor in OT Solved, an overtime management solution; senior vice president of national retail sales for Affinion Group; and CEO of Kenosia Corporation, a provider of demand data analytics solutions for the consumer goods industry. Kenosia was ranked number one for customer experience four consecutive years by Consumer Goods Magazine.

Boccuzzi has worked with leading manufacturers, retailers, software providers, and agencies, including Amazon, Heineken, IBM, Bacardi, Procter & Gamble, GSK, Pfizer, Google, T-Mobile, General Mills, Colgate, GE, Nestle Purina, and Verizon. He is a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator on topics such as customer experience, digital transformation, and AI in business. His TEDx talk, "I Was Seduced by Exceptional Customer Service," has been recognized as a valuable resource for learning about customer experience. In the talk, Boccuzzi discusses how customer service can surpass traditional marketing strategies as a driver of brand success.

Boccuzzi is the author of "The Art of Seducing Your Customers," which introduces the S.E.D.U.C.E. framework for building teams, differentiating from competitors, and delivering customer experiences that drive revenue and profitability. The book provides strategies for eliminating friction, empowering employees, and adapting to changing customer expectations. He is also co-host of the "John & Ola" podcast and co-founder of BD Provisions, a specialty bulk food and coffee roasting house franchised across the United States. Boccuzzi holds a degree in management and entrepreneurial studies from Bryant University.
