Jason Robart

Jason Robart is the co-founder and managing partner of Seae Ventures, a Black-owned early-stage healthcare venture capital firm in the United States. Seae Ventures supports solutions for underserved and vulnerable communities, with a focus on founders who are women or identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color. Robart’s work in healthcare investment emphasizes equity and innovation, advocating for reducing health disparities and expanding access to care through strategic capital deployment.

Before founding Seae Ventures, Robart held roles in the healthcare industry, including chief strategy officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and president and CEO of Zaffre Investments, its wholly owned subsidiary. He also served as executive vice president at Health Dialog and held senior positions at Mercer Consulting and Ceridian Performance Partners Canada. Robart’s board service includes directorships at Sirius Point, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont, and several Seae portfolio companies such as Hurdle, Kiyatec, MyMeds, and ScriptSee, demonstrating expertise in healthcare strategy, investment, and governance.
