Janai Norman Biography
Janai Norman spent weekend mornings helping inform and entertain viewers for seven years on "Good Morning America." As a correspondent and reporter, she has covered many of the major news stories over the last two decades including Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan stepping back from the royal family, the death of Jeffrey Epstein, and the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian. Norman has covered the Trump administration, Capitol Hill, and breaking news stories for local ABC affiliates as a multiplatform reporter based in Washington, D.C.
Norman appeared in the Hulu special “Breaking the Mental Health Stigma for Black Women” and spoke about her challenges and journey with mental health. She has a forthcoming book on her journey balancing career and motherhood while battling mental health struggles.
