Hank Green

Hank Green is a YouTuber, science communicator, novelist, stand-up comedian, and entrepreneur recognized for his contributions to digital education and online media. Green earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from Eckerd College and a Master of Science degree in environmental studies from the University of Montana. Prior to his prominence on the internet, he contributed articles to publications such as Mental Floss and managed the tech blog EcoGeek.

Green's career gained momentum when he and his brother, John Green, launched the video blog project "Brotherhood 2.0." The premise involved the brothers ceasing all text-based communication and conversing through daily video blogs on their YouTube channel Vlogbrothers. This project cultivated a global fanbase known as Nerdfighters and established a lasting creative partnership in online media.

Green hosts the educational YouTube channels "Crash Course" and "SciShow," which have become foundational resources in digital learning and science communication. Their content has reached high school audiences across the United States, amassing billions of views.
