Frank Forencich

Frank Forencich is a leader in health and performance education, focusing on the intersection of human biology, ancestral wisdom, and modern planetary challenges. Forencich earned a Bachelor of Arts at Stanford University in human biology and neuroscience and has more than 30 years of teaching experience in martial arts and health education. He holds black belt rankings in karate and aikido and has traveled to Africa to study human origins and ancestral environments. Drawing on his academic background, Forencich has dedicated decades to studying martial arts, athletic training, bodywork, human history, and environmental science.

Forencich is known for his expertise in human health and performance, offering a comprehensive perspective on the human condition and practical approaches to contemporary health and environmental issues. His holistic methodology integrates knowledge of human history, physicality, health, culture, and values. He was recognized by Experience Life magazine as one of Five Visionaries leading the charge to better health and a healthier world. A former columnist for Paleo Magazine, Forencich is the author of several books on health and the human predicament, including "Beautiful Practice," "Exuberant Animal," and "Change Your Body, Change the World." He is a Diplomate member at The American Institute of Stress.

Forencich is the creator of the health leadership organization Exuberant Animal and The Sapience Project, a platform for discussions on wisdom, health, activism, and planetary well-being. He has interviewed a wide range of professionals and youth activists focused on creating a sustainable future for humanity and the biosphere. Forencich is also a co-creator of Activism is Medicine.

He has presented at venues such as Google, General Electric, Stanford Design School, the Robert Conn Heart Conference, and the Ancestral Health Symposium. Forencich has delivered a TEDx talk in Hong Kong and served as a teaching partner at En*theos Academy for Optimal Living. He has also served as adjunct faculty at the University of Puget Sound School of Physical Therapy and is a member of the Council of Directors of the True Health Initiative.
