Emily Torchiana is a nationally recognized mental health speaker, advocate, and marriage & family therapist trainee. She is the founder of Lost Got Found, a website where individuals share their experiences with mental well-being to help others feel less alone.
A previous recipient of the national Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Award and a TEDx Talk speaker, Torchiana has spent the last decade sharing her personal experiences with cyberbullying and suicide prevention, reaching thousands of students and colleges across the country. She has a unique ability to make conversations about mental health relatable and approachable, breaking down barriers around topics that are often difficult to discuss. As she prepares to graduate from Pepperdine University’s Clinical Psychology master’s program, she is committed to expanding her impact as both a therapist and a speaker. Through her lived experience and professional expertise, Torchiana continues to empower others to seek help, prioritize their well-being, and know they are never alone.
